At LUHS (Luv U Hair Skin), we are committed to delivering your glow essentials quickly and efficiently.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
We are excited to share that LUHS products are no longer made-to-order, allowing for faster fulfillment and shipping.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Saver.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has shipped, delivery typically arrives within:
2–3 business days

• LUHS is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen shipping issues
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
Lost or Stolen Packages
LUHS is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.
Product Disclaimer & Return Policy

At LUHS (Luv U Hair Skin), we take pride in creating high-quality, clean, and luxurious products. Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care items, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.
All Sales Are Final (with Exceptions)

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare, body care, and hair care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Unopened & Unused Items
Returns may be accepted only for unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• A store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used products
• Custom or special order items
• Sale or promotional items
