Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase.
We are excited to share that LUHS products are no longer made-to-order, allowing us to ship your items faster and more efficiently. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Saver.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Once your package has been marked as delivered by UPS, LUHS is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
